Overall a very good experience. Work was done efficiently and the transaction interaction was professional. The reason for 4 instead of 5 starts was because our A/C setting was reset to LO and the dash menu display was changed from our preference.

I was happy to be able to schedule my car so quickly. My tires were making a whoo, whoo, whoo noise, and it could have been a bearing issue. Luckily it was just my tires. The are 7 years old, and the tread is still okay, but they're getting some dry rot. They did a detailed inspection and provided helpful photos, along with recommendations for my 100,000 mile check-up, along with getting new tires. Since the tread is still good, they said there wasn't a rush for the tires, but to keep them in mind for the future. Staff is very polite, informative, knowledgeable, gave me my results from CARFAX, and the service time was awesome! I will be taking my vehicle here in the future.

Very professional and honest. I was told by another business that I had leaks in various places of my car, Leslie did a thorough inspection, and found no leaks. He even inspected the rest of my car, and provided photos to support what he found. He also showed me in person, that there weren’t any leaks. He advised me that there were no issues with my car.

I was very pleased that Limitless Automotive pre-ordered the new tires for my car and began working on my car shortly after I dropped it off the next morning. They also performed a very comprehensive inspection of the car and recommended a couple other maintenance work, of which I selected the most urgent one. Limitless completed all work ahead of schedule and immediately informed me that all authorized work was completed. Very happy!

Leslie and the crew at Limitless Auto Solutions are the best. We had an emergency brake issue last week at the same time as a need to not be down an extra car with extra family in town for graduations. The crew at Limitless worked their magic and got us our car repaired and retuned in less time than was expected. They saved us from having to rent another car and saved us the worry of car repairs so we could focous on our daughter’s graduation. Thanks again guys!
